el año del Señor, Costa Rica al 11 de julio del 2006. De conformidad
con la Ley de Derechos de Autor y Derechos Conexos Nº 6683, su
reglamento y demás normativa que rige la materia, se procede a
inscribir la obra literaria inédita titulada: “PORT SAE LA FORTALEZA
EL MAYOR CULTO A LA HISTORIA DE LA PIRATERÍA”. Corresponden los
derechos patrimoniales y los derechos morales a favor del señor
Jorge Giménez Huguet, de nacionalidad española, mayor, nacido en la
provincia de Barcelona, casado una vez, pasaporte número A tres ocho
cinco cuatro nueve uno cuatro tres cero cero, con domicilio en
España. Se autoriza la inscripción en el libro de Obras Literarias,
tomo XIV, folio 104, asiento 6712. En Curridabat a las nueve horas
con cincuenta y cinco minutos del quince de junio del dos mil seis.
Autoriza: Lic. Gabriela Murillo Durán. Registradora. Esta acción se
constituye como el preámbulo al desarrollo y construcción de “Port
Sae La Fortaleza El Mayor Culto a la Historia de La Piratería”, un
proyecto turístico dentro del marco de parque temático, recuperando
toda la actividad y el archivo histórico de la época colonial,
ubicándose en el Golfo de Nicoya en Puntarenas. Jorge Giménez Huguet,

constitutes like the introduction to the development and
construction of “Port Sae the Strength the Greater Cult to the
